What does USGTC mean

I have seen the acronym USGTC several times and wondered what it means. The US and C are fairly straight forward considering this is the US Coin Forum. I imagine I will feel dumb when I see the answer, but here are my guesses in order of likelihood:
United States Generic Type Coins
United States Gold Type Coins
United States Generic Toned Coins
United States Gold Toned Coins
Editing to add these references from the Collectors Universe forum:
I saw the acronym on this forum. Here are some quick examples with the links:
(1) “A retail client recently bought a mix of USGTC around 95pct CPG (CDN based retail). I did well on the deal. I do keep a certain gold position (ounces).”

(2) “Interest in gold in 1986 pulled me into USGTC and then many Early 20th century gold issues. In 1988 I read Akers Book cover to cover and imagined Dr Ducor going around the bourse of shows decades earlier picking up quality better dates. Wish I had a time machine”

(3) “The sheet does not assign cac premium to USGTC coins less than 63.“

United States Geologic Transgressive Cretins.
U.S.G.T.C.
Oh come on guys, it's the United States Guess The Coin encapsulation service. They seal your coin so you can't see it and print the grade on a label so you know how good they deemed it was.
Their motto is, "Because ONLY the Grade Matters!"
“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”

Sealed in opaque plastic. Buy the plastic, not the coin!
What was this in context to?
I looked it up and could only get United States Gymnastics Training Center
No idea.
I've never seen the acronym anywhere? Where is it being used?
Successful transactions with : MICHAELDIXON, Manorcourtman, Bochiman, bolivarshagnasty, AUandAG, onlyroosies, chumley, Weiss, jdimmick, BAJJERFAN, gene1978, TJM965, Smittys, GRANDAM, JTHawaii, mainejoe, softparade, derryb, Ricko
Bad transactions with : nobody to date
It means that whoever uses it, thinks it has a specific meaning to his audience, but is largely mistaken.

The biological sciences are even worse with acronyms of acronyms at times.
I have no gold, so don't read them in the forum. If you can find out who said it they might be able to help.
It is not an acronym associated with the New Deal
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
It probably is UNITED STATES GOLD TYPE COINS, but that's my guess.
