Well I always wanted one of these for my collection. I saw it in the newps on HLRC and Harry sent it on approval. I have had many deals with HLRC and really appreciate that they sent it on approval. Well here she is. Tons of underlying luster and that incredible toned gold to boot.

Absolutely love the coin. The toning looks outstanding. Just think of how much $5 could buy at the time it was minted? I love the fact that this coin saw some commerce. Have to wonder about all the transactions it was involved in before it entered a collection. Great purchase.

I found a similar one at central states last year and loved it until I saw an obnoxious rim ding at obv 2:00 and just couldn't unsee after and had to pass.
