Blame it on Crypto (but it's all good!). For the Trade Dollar aficionados...

It was Crypto's set that lit the fuse and reeled me in. Seven+ years in the making, I've finally got around to putting my set up in the Registry. I've still got a couple to go (1873-S anyone?), but the light at the end of the tunnel is big and bright now. With thanks to many on this board (Keoj, OriginalDan, Stealer, Crusty and a few others), I hereby present "The Zambezi Collection of Trade Dollars":

https://pcgs.com/setregistry/showcase/7345

Why Zambezi? My favorite spot in the world is a little camp on the banks of the Zambezi River in Zambia. Great wildlife, great location and great fishing. Gonna miss it this year...

My favorite spot, in all the world, is a safari camp In the Kalahari near the Namibia/Botswana border. I’m crying too buddy.

I worked at Telkom Namibia back in 1996. I had a year to explore the country and have been back several times since then. It is a beautiful place, and has great beer!!!

I still can't believe that you picked that 1875 CC in a graded holder! I have certainly dialed back from eBay in recent years, but I still look daily and I am sorry that I missed that coin (and happy that it made it into your collection )

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Very nice, lot of originality here! Clearly a lot of commitment and effort went into building this set.

A great set built the right way by a good dude. Really notice the slow approach and where you spent your money smartly.

The 75p 1/1, 75CC wide, 73cc wide, 76cc Wide and 76s DDO are elite examples that put your set above most others ever built. A top 5ish variety set ever built IMHO

Very impressive, something to be proud of and most importantly built the right way with friends to share it with instead of exploit. Not something the average collector could build without wasting way too much money letting other people do the hard work for them.

The coins are cool but it is the community with DDR, Stealer, Original dan, Tenn Dave, Chopmark trades, Shish, Keoj, you and others is what makes the hobby for me at least.

Where is a photo of the 1873-cc extra wide?

I can't post it in the Registry because it is in the wrong plastic. Here it is:
