Where do you have the film developed? I have a few rolls of 35mm I’d like to have developed if they are still viable. At least 10+ years old.

There’s a shop close to Collectors Universe HQ called Pro Photo Connection that’ll process the negatives, and do some pretty good high resolution scans of them.

Google Earth is great for metal detecting. Here are some areas of interest I have marked around historic Old Town Spring.
From 1944, I'm guessing that is the earliest satellite images are available for the area.

Female Air Force pilot amputee returns to the skies

Capt. Christy Wise frantically waved her headlamp flashlight in an attempt to alert the boat jetting toward her to turn away. But the HC-130J rescue squadron pilot quickly realized it was too late and dove as far down as she could to save herself. When she surfaced, she knew the boat’s propeller had severed her right leg.

Wise thought it would be the end of her pilot career, but now, almost a year later, she is back in the cockpit. She flew her first training mission Friday at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, where she is stationed.

A flyby over the dune in Plymouth MA last Sat. I did not want to land in the perfect conditions but had to while I could still distinguish a rock from sand for my landing (ha).
