As to being fully original... Well we all like to speculate that every nicely toned coin might be.
Unless it was in your possession for 223 years there's no way to really know if it's original or secondary.
Just as an example... I own a very attractive fully toned coin that I was able to trace to a 40 year old auction in which it was dipped blast white.

Have to agree. "Credible original looking now" is the best we can hope for in high grade pre 1800 type. This looks fine. So does mine; I'd bet the cost on it, but not my life, or reputation.

Even a 100 years ago before modern dip solution silver coins where submerged in cyanide.

I've been looking for a nice XF45 example of one of these for quite some time too, so I know exactly how patient you've been and how great it must feel finally to get a good one. Congrats, man!
My current coin collecting interests are: (1) British coins 1838-1970 in XF-AU-UNC, (2) silver type coins in XF-AU with that classic medium gray coloration and exceptional eye appeal.1 -

you really got a nice coin there, I saw this in the auction and had been watching flowing hair dollars the past year or so as I would like to aquire one. Chased a couple of 58's, but they went stratospheric and others in past auctions didn't do much for me. I did not attend Baltimore this year because I had really nothing to sell to make the trip worth while. The stacks photo's did not do this coin justice, (to your benefit obviously). Seeing the video, I realize what truly a nice coin it is. Any congrats on a great purchase!!
