Yes, that's quite the coin. It's about everything you could ever want for that coin.
When I was forming my type set, I really wanted to fill the slots with Proof coins whenever I could. The trouble was I could never get the Trade Dollar to work. The dealers either wanted way too much for them, or the quality was dreck. The ironic thing is that I handled a couple of nice Proof Trade Dollars when I was a dealer.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Well, I don't have $39.9k minus the 0.1 in eBucks for a proof TD right now but I am always skeptical based on their inventory of gold and a few examples of matching before and after messed with coins from them.
I saw the cloudy areas on both sides but was no sure if they were on the holder or the coin. If it is on the coin, that is a legitimate issue.

Nice looking coin - Are you going to pull the trigger? I had to settle for a more affordable version......

Nice surfaces. I had a similar circulation strike example, but there was another coin that I just "had to have", so it went to the trading block. Still wish I could have kept it, it's got fantastic mirrors for a chopmarked T$:
They had a coin I wanted probably a year and a half ago on Ebay. I found their website and called them about it for a price paid by check and they moved off ALOT. Almost 20%.
For the money, I would rather have @Lakesammman's piece.

Looked over their website. Nice coins, but they are quite fond of them.
What a beautiful clean coin. Glad I saw it. Peace Roy

I think that's just the cartwheel luster on it. Goes down to the corresponding area on the lower left of each pic as well.
Yup that is something. In hand it would probably make me faint...........

She's a definite beauty!
Coincidentally, @ColonelJessup I have Parasite playing in the background...which she surely isn't.
