To celebrate my fifth star on CU, I'm giving away this SAMPLE SLAB from my collection. The coin inside the slab is an alteration. A genuine 1909 Lincoln cent w/added "S."

Rules of contest with correction added:

  1. Any CU member can enter by posting on this thread. Each poster will get two entries = two chances to win.
  2. Any CU member who enters the giveaway that has contributed to my point total with a "like" or "agree" BEFORE now will get two entries for posting plus an additional entry for their support = three chances to win.
  3. Entries will be placed on strips of paper and placed into large container. Someone in the office will pick one winner.
  4. This contest will close on Wednesday, October 4. The winner will be announced in this thread on Friday, October 6.
  5. I will also notify the winner in a PM. The coin will be shipped the next week by Registered Mail after the winner PM's me with the address.
  6. I pay postage.

    I like the "For Educational Purposes Only" on the reverse of the slab. Pretty cool piece!

    If you could post a better close-up picture of the coin in the holder, that would be almost as good.
