Just to note, xx.70 to xx.99 doesn't mean that one of three coins will be graded with a plus. It's not the top 30% of coins, it's the coins that fall in the top 30% of the criteria required for the grade. It is entirely possible that 95% of coins fall in the xx.00 to xx.69 grade and that only 5% would warrant a Plus designation.
I'll bow out, as more than likely (I'd say a 98% chance) that the actual number of plus graded coins coming back will be less than 10. But I can't wait to see how it comes out. Good luck on your submission.

The order was split into 2 submissions, of 100 and 105.
Just rec'd. notification (32 days) that the invoice for the first 100 has only a single plus grade!
So now we are awaiting the invoice for the other 105 before we know who the winner is.
Any entries recorded from this point forward are void.
I have a prediction but now I've spoiled your chances. Without my post, you would have received many + grades on the second order as PCGS watches this forum. Now you will not. Sorry.

I was going to guess 8, but that was taken. So I'll say 28.
