This thread should be DELETED immediately

What new products is he referring to? The only 2017 product that I can see is the 1917 - 2017 Peace Dollar
What new products ???
fixed!
it was said earlier the 2017 gold CG/MM dies were pre-heat treating. I'll guess this may be it.
or perhaps he will surprise us with 225th anniversary half disme overstrike.
The countdown has begun! For those low on funds this gives you time to sell a coin or two
will work for coins
Sure wish he would make a 1920 date broken sword peace dollar but I know he wont to bad ! makes since 1920 broken sword
I think he will in 2020

That is the plan.
well if he does I will try my best to buy a dozen ! I think it will out do 1964
All sizes of round and octagonal 2017 Clark Gruber gold and silver.
2017 Total Solar Eclipse medal (silver).
1717 300th Anniversary Whydah pirate ship cobs (silver).
"X"-cancelled "1964-D" over-strike Morgan dollars.
Possibly another Lesher token with a standard imprint and a different reverse (very bottom of this page: moonlightmint.com/dc-coin_lesher_list.htm ).
Hey Dan how about a Mormon gold piece
A medal for the 2017 Solar Eclipse & another treasure cob! Those sound awesome. Can't wait to see what you do with the Eclipse theme. And I remember the Whydah being found in the 80s when I was a kid (The Goonies was my favorite movie back then).. Good stuff Dan, can't wait!
You are absolutely right Cascade ! The only question will be..."How many of each do I order ?"
Wow, that is scary...
Thank you for the info
Oh mercy. Please be gentle on my wallet.
Ha ha
I hope the C&G octagon obverse is back to the classic Liberty Head.
one of each for me....
Is this the first time Daniel has let everyone know what day to expect new products?
I don't ever recall there being an advanced notice.
What is the purpose of the "X"-cancelled "1964-D" over-strike Morgan dollars."?? Cheers, RickO
Just something very neat Ricko before Dan completely defaces the dies. A few years ago there were coins struck with the cancelled Morgan dies from the Carson City Mint Museum collection. They go for many hundreds today.
@CascadeChris ... Thanks for the response.... I did not know that about the cancelled dies... I have one of Dan's '64 restrikes....Cheers, RickO
I hope we don't 'crash' Dan's web site!
What. No prom0tional pics? No strike qty?? No prices?
I'm in on a 1/2 oz eagle G&G. The rest, eh, maybe, maybe not.
I'm watching from June 6th. New products from Dan are exciting to anticipate. Really interested in the Eclipse medal.
will be watching for sure now
Or another 2.5 oz gold to keep my av company.
Will you get me one too PRETTY PLEASE
I'm locked and loaded for anything that catches my eye.
I also agree to keep it quiet
I agree about our silence ~ no one else should know about this !
There's nothing to see here people. Move along, move along...

Jeez, four more days of this...
This should be very interesting. I've been waiting for this, and looks like I'll be hitting the refresh button that day more than my typical dozen or so times...oh man, need a plan.
STOP bumping this thread, let it die.....oh sh*t I just bumped it again.

What's up with the new Punch Press ?
Is it for punching out planchets ?
And eating gloves
That was the rolling mill - for rolling ingots into sheet.
The new punch press is for punching planchets out of said sheet.
They are two different machines.
Hope I'm able to get a silver owl this year... not looking good since this upcoming site update will be during set-up at Long Beach... oh well. Had to buy my 2016 in the aftermarket as well as I missed the couple hours they were available. Perhaps this year will not have a higher mintage/availability?
Need to get the 2017 and I need a perfect one to go with my 2015 & 2016 ANACS MS70 examples
Here's a couple videos I recently did of them:
2015-D Daniel Carr $60 1.5 oz. Octagonal Silver Owl ANACS MS70
Note that there appears to be a spot on the cheek of Liberty... actually that is just the cheek pressed up against the inside of the plastic ANACS holder. It seems this coin is about as big/thick as ANACS can handle in their regular holders.
