Besides the defect running up to the "L", best 1923 Peace hair I've seen.

It actually may be more disgusting than that.

Some coin doctors use a fully laden toilet bowl as a dipping pot to create that look. Diagnostics include the obverse streak from 6 to 10 and the stuff at 4.

    I smell jackwagon-moronosity.

It may look decent in hand, but that's about as far as I would go.
eBay listings sometimes are chock-full of hyperbole.

That looks like it spent time at the bottom of a well used spittoon.... Cheers, RickO

Perhaps it has to hit the light at the correct angles to bring out the color.

Regardless, not one I would bid on.

Except for the tiny streaks of blue, the toning looks like some I have seen on many Peace dollars. I suspect those have mostly been dipped by now or have headed to the melting pot.

No monster here whatsoever....barely toned with a little bit of tobacco staining.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Looks like a monster snot on it . How the hell is that nice?

The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

The coin is probably nothing special, but I've picked up a few pieces over the year that were remarkably beautiful in-hand despite what the images suggested. It can happen.
