No FUN for me this year.
For the last several years I have attended 11 show per year. Last year, for 5 different reasons, I only made it to 6 shows. For that reason I was very much looking forward to the 2016 FUN show.
On December 5th our daughter took a fall while she was practicing for a Christmas ice skating show. She did not hit her head on the ice but still had a concussion. She has been doing well and was getting back to normal. Between Christmas and New Years we think that she did too much. She started having migraine headaches. We took her to several doctors. They all said that she needed to rest more.
I had a hotel reservation, had my bags packed and had picked up a rental car. On Wednesday at 2AM we were in the emergency room at the children's hospital. They gave her an IV . We left the hospital at 5:30. I could not possibly leave home with her feeling like she was. She is feeling much better now.
I ask two things. #1. I ask for your prayers that she will continue to improve. #2. I ask that EVERYONE that attends the FUN show please post a show report. Thanks.

Hope she's feeling better soon. Concussions are a serious thing.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
I hope everything turns out Ok.
Prayers for her swift recovery.
There will be other shows. Take care.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

I won't be at the show so I can't post a report. I will just wait expectantly with the rest of us stuck at home.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Coins have been around for centuries.
No so little girls. They grow up too fast, enjoy that girl of yours, and will keep her in my prayers.
I'll be sure to type up a full report, from my perspective anyway, as I am there for 4 days.
Bless you and your family. Hang in there!
Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.
Hoard the keys.

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!

I sincerely hope she recovers quickly.... Cheers, RickO
Enjoy your day and love your loved ones. Those guys are preying at the FUN show, don't you fret.
Practice makes perfect & nobody is perfect. So, practice being nobody.
My daughter is everything to me, I'm sure yours is to you as well. Coins, coins shows, everything material comes and goes, but the love for your family never goes away.
Thanks for all of the prayers and good wishes. She is even better today.
Good
Several good reports. Let's see more.

A lot of great reports. Thanks. I have only missed 3 FUN shows since 1973. I missed 1978,2011 and now 2016. 2011 was in Tampa. I could not go because my sister was in the hospital for 45 days. Now this year I had to miss the show in Tampa again. A FUN show in Tampa may not be in the cards for me.
I hope things continue to quickly improve for your daughter!

I use to ice skate and play ice hockey a lot and its a pretty dangerous activity. One time when I was ~13 I was "free skating", someone cut me off and I tripped head first to the ice. Another young girl kicked me in the head with her ice skate (again by accident) when she was doing a spin. Caught me above the eye and the gash went almost to my temple right through my eyebrow. I shut down the rink that day with the amount of blood I lost. A couple weeks later I put my skates back on and did a few laps. I still have the white shirt I was wearing, its now brown.
Hopefully your daughter doesn't lose her love for ice skating.
