Hello Mike, very nice of you to put this together for Mike Kelley's children. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to donate to this cause as I wanted it to mean something to both me and Mike. I thought with him being a Red Sox fan and also handling the CU BBCE group box breaks, that this rack pack would be appropriate. Let's put the minimum bid at $200, but I don't think that will be hard to reach with this bunch. Awesome job thus far guys!!! image

    Bid $225 -- Lot #5

    Bid $80 -- Lot #28
  • I would love to donate this piece of history to benefit Mike's kids. This is the original US patent registration for Roger Cramer of the 1934 Goudey set PSA slabbed. Also included is an SGC 40 copy of a 1934 Goudey Roger Cramer. Let's start the bid at $100 for the lot. The last 4 I sold went $200-300 each for value estimates.

Though I hate to be outbid, it looks like belz bid up the CardVault to 250 on page 8 but is not yet reflected.

With that, I'll move it to 255 (lot 32)

    Thanks

First, I am sorry we have to have this auction. I did not know Mr. Kelley but I do know we would all prefer he (and his wife) were still with us. Second, I would like to bid $75.00 on lot #35 - the 2012 Topps Museum cards. Finally, to Stone 193, "thank you" for what you are doing to help the family left behind.

    Hiya Jim

Thanx for the kind words - just wanted everyone to know that I am getting wonderful support from Arex and 70ToppsFanatic.

And most importantly; I am only the clerk. It's the generous offerings of lots to bid on by our Members and the bidders themselves - many times overbidding for a very worthy cause.

From the bottom of my heart - thanx!

After sending the above message, I had a feeling I was not thanking everyone who has been a key part of the effort. "Thanks" to Arex, 70ToppsFanatic, PSA, and all the folks bidding on the auction items. A great job by everyone. May God Bless the Kelley family.

  • Not sure if this has been answered somewhere yet. Is regular paypal accepted as payment, and how is the shipping fee determined?

I believe we will have people pay thru a website that's set up for the family - see the OP and you'll see a link.

The shipping will be handled by the donators of the lots.

At the end of the auction, you will see the winning bidders and to whom they will supply the donator a copy of the receipt from the web.

I used it to purchase a membership to PSA and supplied Jackie from PSA with the receipt that was emailed to me.

    Hope this explains?
