I have no particular interest in building a S.L. set or anything, but they are addictive in that there are so many different "looks" and it was such a long lived series.
I'm glad Boiler showed up with some delectables from his tote sack

here is a humble example..(note the old album paper stuck on the eagles leg, that came off with an acetone bath. darned eagles have hygiene issues..)

Here are old pictures of one of the most under rated dates in the Liberty Seated dime series in AU or better. Few true mint state examples are known.

This is the Pittman coin residing in its PCGS55 OGH and awarded a CAC Gold bean during my October 2013 visit with John Albanese.

I well remember purchasing from Kevin Zeitler during 2003 and showing around at a major show (during the intense PCGS Registry Set construction days). One of those know it all dealers looked at the coin and told me to make sure I never break it out of the holder.....yeah right....
