Is it confirmed there were just 50 of each auto card produced ? A Trout just sold for 350 bucks on ebay last evening.

Not confirmed, but if the odds stated on their packs are correct and there are equal numbers of each auto out there, then there should be around 50 of each. Curious that the Trout sold for $100 more than the Harper. I got my Harper for $275 and my 2 Trouts for $250 and $300. I think a trout BGS 9.5 sold for like $450 a while back.

I sent two emails and got no response. I just tried calling and was on hold for over 20 min before I gave up. Before I try again, has anyone ever had success with this? >>

If it all possible, go the digital reporting route... I've never had a problem this way...

Andy by "never had a problem"... I mean I've always gotten my reported missing hits redeemed... but I've never gotten anything besides the bottom of the barrel level replacements, never a star player... just saying.

Thanks for the suggestion. I saw those instructions before, but wondered how exactly I would do it with these Minis. What part of the box would I scan?

And since there wasn't a retail receipt, what I actually did (twice) was send an email which included the email confirmation for my mini box order.

what do you think?

I sent my entire box, the 24 packs from said box, the Topps cellophane wrapper from the box, a letter, and my email receipt from Topps in addition to the cards for replacement.

OK, received the last box of Topps mini's I ordered today. I was going to leave it sealed, but(yeah I know you all know where this is going) I have realized I have no discipline around these boxes. Dang it. The box was a good one though. David Ortiz auto, Hanley Ramirez Platinum, and Albert Pujols gold. Well I guess I start to see how close I am to a 4th set.

Did Topps do any of those SPed variations in this set? For instance, in the regular set Clayton Kershaw has an alternate pose with an alternate uniform.

"Mini Alcides auto" search yields ZERO results

but

"2012 Alcides auto" returns several in the completed section... that all have mini alcides & auto right there in the title... WEIRD!!!

Ok, out of the two boxes Iopened, have now subbed the Trout auto and the three Harpers to PSA. Will now await the 2 months to get them back. I know 08Hala20 has a Trout out there for sale now, and am hoping that sells for what he is asking ! What do ya'll think about selling now, depending on grade of course, but if not a 10, would crack and sell raw. I guess it comes down to looking to the future, as someone referred to, is he a Charbanou or is this guy real. If the card comes back a 10 I think I gotta keep it and take the chance he hits .329 forever.

In two months the Trout auto will be worth significantly less. Angels will most likely be done with baseball and topps will have put out hundreds of more autographs of him. I would
of sold the minute I pulled it.

They were selling for $200-$250 when the product went live and now they are selling for $350-$400, so if you would've done that you would've lost a decent chunk of change.
