The Britannias are nice. Aside from ASEs, it’s probably my favorite gov. Issue round.
It's a legal tender coin and NOT a "round" which refers to a non-coin piece of bullion in the shape of a coin but is not legal tender and is privately issued.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

I agree...the old Britannia's were much nicer..... Used to have two gold sets... the only coins I have ever sold actually... at the peak of the gold rush... Cheers, RickO
@asheland....I agree.... really the most attractive coins I have owned... I had two sets... purchased them years ago when I saw one's that Askari (forum member back in late '90's early '00's) had.... bought two sets at that time.... and the price was very low then.... Hated to part with them, but the offers were too good to turn down...Cheers, RickO

I think that most all of the Britannias are well done, although I much prefer a well-rendered female full body profile.
I knew it would happen.

Sold all mine off years back when I wanted to "simplify" the stack. I do agree and liked the 2003 design better than the recent ones.
