Hiring consultants from your 3rd party registrar is a major conflict of interest. That happens all too often. Money talks.

I've placed several orders with Provident since the story about Elemetal came out. As far as I can tell, business as usual---occasional decent sales with prompt shipment on all orders that I've placed. It appears, they have added new producers for their exclusive products, to take up the slack that Elemetal created.
