Between National and being on the road this whole week the processing has been done very quickly, hence the "Preliminary" disclaimer above.
I fully understand the enthusiasm and sense of urgency expressed by some. Have patience. It all needs to be carefully walked through for accuracy as I get through this hectic period

How much will the empty boxes cost?
They are free to whoever reserves them, but add $5/box for shipping as the size of the box Steve will ship in will need to be bigger.

The box for packs is only about half full. It has not been filled yet.
