David/Keith, I want to thank you both for taking the time to take pictures, post well thought out and detailed updates from the show. If you haven't been to a National, you don't realize how much time and effort go into posting to the degree that you both did. I hated missing this years National, but the two of you really made me feel like I was there. Coming from someone that barely has time to sign in and look at these boards during previous Nationals, I really appreciate the two of you for all your efforts.
P.S. Congrats to you both on your hauls. You both added some great cards. Keith, give me a shout when it's time to move that PSA 5 Gehrig.

Great thread...sorry I'm a little late to the party with my feedback. I agree with Jeff and others that sales were very strong, especially on the high in grade cards. I also agree with those who were surprised with number of high grade Michael Jordan 1986 Fleer on the National floor. I look at POP report religiously; here's an interesting nugget. Before I left for national on Sunday, I checked the number of PSA 10 Jordan in the POP report and it sat at 252. Today it is 263. So, it appears 11 more new PSA 10 1986 Fleer Jordan came out in AC. Will be interesting to see how they are absorbed and prices in the coming months. Other than that I didn't notice too many other tough PSA 10's coming out, especially in football. In terms of grading companies, PSA continued to dominate in the sales I participated in and witnessed.
I know this will sound ignorant but I didn't even know BBCE had regular cards for sale, I thought they only dealt with un opened. Boy was I wrong they have some great cards, I am drooling over those Jim Brown PSA 8's.
Successful coin BST transactions with Gerard and segoja.
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
Did anyone notice if Triple SSS sports cards was set up there?? They are based here in Michigan and I remember seeing them at the big shows here back in the late 90s, early 2000s and they had some incredible cards.

I don't remember seeing them on the dealer list. I just sent them an item via BIN on eBay so they are still actively buying.
I'm not sure why CPAMike is getting harassed over his knee high socks. It's in style guys if you haven't noticed. All the kids are wearing them extra high. Mike is just a cool kid. Can't wait to see next year Mike.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Thanks for the nice comments, and glad I could help share the National with some folks who could not make it. Funny thing is I was on the fence about attending, and had booked a hotel but not airfare or rental car - finally did so about 6 weeks out. Really glad I made the decision to attend mainly because of all of the people I got to meet. I can usually find cards through eBay and contacts, but the chance to meet so many board members and discuss cards... made it worth the trip. Looking forward to many more shows in the future, and hope to meet more members and collectors.
I will let you know if I move a Gehrig, and have had 2-3 inquiries already about them. Would have bought a Ryan rookie or Jordan 9 but was worried what the wife might do to the kitchen after the last purchase...

A beauty.
If there's no slight surface ripple/crease from production? I can't see why that can't be bumped?
Superb registration and I'm assuming the gloss is really nice?
Centering is right on point!
