OK it was a half Ironman, but still took 7 1/2 hours to finish. Crossed the finish line with my daughter, even more special

I've done some indoor short tri's in the Winter, and have done 5 sprint outdoor tri's in the past five years, with one more this Summer in August. My reach would be to do an Olympic distance, but the 1/2 and full Ironman distances are way too much for me. I could handle the swim with ease, but the long bikes and runs are out of my league.
Keep up the fitness, fight the onset of atrophy.
