Gainesville Coins issues?

I just placed a big order with Gainesville Coins. After I placed my order I happened to read a few of the problems previous customers have had with them. Problems such as not receiving their order and really rude customer service. Do I have anything to be worried about? I've called twice to check on my order and both times…
