The "xls" spreadsheet (which is really an html table), is always updated first. Usually on Monday, but sometimes it slips to Tuesday, like when there's a holiday weekend. (CAVEAT: The early numbers released are raw numbers, and may be adjusted before the "official" table is updated.
The totals become official when the Mint page itself is updated.
This is what I saw when I opened my Jackie First Spouse Unc tonight. I then opened the proof and the coin was in the capsule, but was half way pressed into it's velvet pocket. The Unc capsule seems to be a loose fit, as it went together very easily once I returned the coin. I had looked the coin over and did not see any marks or demons. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Thanks for posting the PCGS population. Some observations:
Interesting that almost all the graded coins are 70s. This suggests a minimum grade of 70 was specified as discussed in the MOD thread. If so, what happened to the non 70s?
The first strike deadline is July 25th which means that coins shipped on or before the official ordering date?

They get offered for under us mint offering price by the big dealers.
And for those that don't think the dealers get a price break, why would they already be locking in a loss on a hot issue that is on backorder? Pretty much a fact now that they get the price breaks, question is, how much?

I'm sending one of my 2 Uncs back because the coin was out of the capsule as well, GB. It had some rub and a rim dent, so it's going back. Should I send it back loose like it came?

most are submitting with min grade of 70. And most of them have already been submitted.....now the non-preferred Mint patrons are next to submit their meager offerings.
I like it wondercoin. I thought he captured the spirit of the coin. I like the darker image, as opposed to the Mint's much lighter image. It appears to be more of a natural look. You should be happy with that one.
The pic looks good, maybe a bit more diffused light source if possible. But still good. That coin might be hard to find the "right" angle to make it look good/better.
