I just revisited this listing and Louis is right, seller states Ottawa as the mint

He (the seller) also includes this veiled warning: "Investors should avoid this date,"

I did send him a note that it says copy right on the eagle...

He responded that he took it to a dealer that said it was real!

I laughed at him, called him a liar and will probably get kicked off ebay now.
