why did this wlh go for so much?

is it some variety i am missing????

Took a quick peek to see if it might have been miss labeled, D or S which would have made more sense with the final hammer price. More than one bidder wanted this nice Walker, for sure.

All it takes is too bidiots to generate an absurdly high price for any coin. I'd expect a nicer coin if it's in a 7 holder than this. Light friction on the skirtlines, and a hit on the upper wing to the viewer's right. I can see it in a 6 holder, as it's a flashy coin. I have a 36 S in a PC 6 holder, and its skirlines are clean.

Its quite possible that the green sticker had something to do with the higher price.

I do not feel like that might be friction rub there in the skirt lines, I feel like the die did not strike up this area very well, if at all.
