umm, I just wanted to point out that from 9/14 to 9/29, I was the biggest upwards mover LMAO! At this stage of the game, a 6 point upward move in rank is pretty good, I'm up for the year....and I would've sold a LONG time ago when I made amost a G in the first week or so had this been real.

Everybody now, all at once, repeat after me....Who cares!

Still fun to see how it all will play out over a year investment, something I would absolutely never do in the stock market irl.

What a coincidence! I'm closing out my IBB options positions (about what % did I clear YTD on those?)
and rolling it into more Halo straddles (or are they strangles??) just in case it inflects sometime in Q4

Letting the bet ride the remaining 2 months for the purposes of the thread, might have dropped a spot or two this week but hope to be a contender at the end..

Thanks for updating Wings. My 3 all had a decent earnings week and I moved up 4 spots. Hard to do at this stage of the game. I can't believe I'm up 22% for the year on them. Maybe I should start looking a little more long term than taking profits quickly if able to lol. Seems like if you're willing to let it ride longer, and it's working in your favor, a little bit of a snowball effect takes place. Maybe "lock in" half of the profits or whatever it works out to be so that at some point you're playing with house money.
I'm aware of alot (but always willing to learn, I certainly don't know it all when it comes to trading the market) of schemes and techniques on trading, but it's just so hard for me to let it ride

Thanks again for keeping track of all this, it's appreciated.

I would like to make a technical correction to my original investment.

When I selected silver options, I really meant bitcoins! image

Well, the 2014 thread is just around the corner... I'm sure you will not be the only one selecting bitcoin from among the whole wide universe of investment choices.

Prediction: it will take at least +200% to place 1st next year.

    Last four weeks...

No triples yet this year, but quite a few doubles (even though a few got picked off later on).

I wish I could figure out a way to allow (minimal) trading, like once a month, but free time is a luxury right now, and that probably won't be changing during 2014.

Only four more weeks to get your picks ready for next year.image

No this is good with the long hold. Realistic with the gains classifications to consider, different ballgame vs fantasy daytrading.

Anybody do the fantasy daytrading? Interest in a league setup on that.....?
