    I had about 40+ cards that didn't grade will the vouchers come to you or me?

    They don't issue vouchers for the reasons your cards didn't grade.

    N6: MINIMUM SIZE REQUIREMENT
    N8: MISCUT

    They pretty much only issue vouchers if they won't grade the particular card set you send in.

    I always receive vouchers for miscut and minsize cards. The only times they don't issue vouchers is for evidtrim or altered cards.

    Ok. In that case they would be sent to me. I haven't received any though and didn't know I was supposed to. I'd give PSA a call and ask them what their plans are. Maybe you can get them to send the vouchers to you.

    In my experience, the vouchers usually come much later than the graded cards--sometimes a month or more later..

    Based on PSA's site it does appear they should be issuing vouchers.

    N-1 Evidence of Trimming - When a card's edge has been altered, a card doctor may use scissors, scalpel, cutter, or any other cutting instrument. A trimmed card may show one of the following: Hook up or down, have one razor sharp edge, a difference in toning along the edge, a wavy look.
    N-2 Evidence of Restoration - When a card's paper stock is built up - for example, when ripped corners are built up to look like new corners.
    N-3 Evidence of Recoloration - Where a card's color has been artificially improved.
    N-4 Questionable Authenticity - This is the term used when a card is counterfeit.
    N-5 Altered Stock - This term is used when the paper stock is altered in one or more of the following ways: Stretching and trimming, recoloring and restoring, trimming and recoloring, restoring and trimming, crease or wrinkle is pressed out, or gloss is enhanced.
    N-6 Minimum Size Requirement - When a card is significantly undersized according to factory specifications. You will be given a voucher good for another submission for the same type of service.
    N-7 Evidence of Cleaning - When a whitener is used to whiten borders or a solution is used to remove wax, candy, gum or tobacco stains.
    N-8 Miscut - This term is used when the factory cut is an abnormal cut. The grading fees are returned. You will be given a voucher good for another submission for the same type of service.
    N-9 Don't Grade - When we do not grade an issue. The cards may be oversized or an obscure issue. The grading fees are refunded. You will be given a voucher good for another submission for the same type of service.
    N-0 Authentic Only - This means that PSA is only certifying that the item is genuine, without a numerical grade. This may be due to the existence of an alteration, one with malice or otherwise, a major defect or the original submitter may have requested that PSA encapsulate the card without a grade. The "Authentic" label means that the item, in our opinion, is real but nothing more.

    I'm going to contact PSA about the vouchers for everyone's orders. I'll find out if they can be used against other memberships besides mine. If not, I can compensate people for the vouchers as I use them or people can request their vouchers and submit an order on my membership to use them up.

    Does this seem reasonable?

    I'll post the information on who should have vouchers and for how much on the first post.

    I have about 450 75 Topps cards that I need graded for my registry set. Don't want to spend $6 per card however. Would love to be able to do the $4.50 again.

    I am putting the over/under for mine to pop on January 17. The other lines I am setting:
    - Cards that couldn't be graded - over/under set at 4.5 (out of 25)
    - Vouchers for cards that won't grade - over/under set at 1.5
    - Average grade for those that grade - 6.85

    With a standard 10% vig I am considering taking all action.

    According to PSA, the vouchers were mailed out on 12/21 for all the orders listed on the first post that are complete. I should receive them soon. I'm trying to find out if people can use them on their own membership ids or if they are tied to the one I submitted on.

    Found out from PSA the vouchers can only be used on my account. This means people either need to request their vouchers from me along with a signed order form for my account or they need to wait for me to compensate them when I use them. I have several orders planned for this year, but it will be a while until I use them and I already will have vouchers of my own to use.

    If anyone is planning a large order, let me know and we can probably work out a way for you to use all the vouchers on my account when you submit. This isn't ideal for sure, but it is certainly possible for people to be compensated and get the vouchers used with a little teamwork.

    When will it be 45 days? We were definitely spoiled with the early poppage. I wasn't expecting anything till feb but the early action got my hopes up.

    First I don't think 45 days applies to these large bulk orders. Otherwise I think we that are waiting are best advised to settle in for a long winters nap.

    Really thought the 83 Bellows and Stevens were going to be 10s. Also thought I had a chance at a 10 on the 78 OPC Fisk. But I'm happy about the two 1987 Glossy All-Star 10s and the Desert Storm Hussein. Another 10 sold for $155 on Ebay.

    Pretty pumped about the grades. Only bummer is the mc on the gable. Thought it was a 9oc. The 1 mk on the pele card wasn't really necessary. I mean a 1 is bad enough. But the good stuff def outweighs the bad. The biggest winner us the Crosby 8.5. I wasn't expecting that. Also very happy about the 85 road warriors card not only getting a number grade but getting an 8. Was hoping one if the chrome rookies would get a 10 but ill take 9s. Thanks again for putting together
