I just bought this (fairly cheap obviously because of its date), but it is in an icg case and I want to see if it would match up with pcgs. What grade would you give this? I think it is pretty nice.

<< <i>It looks like an MS-65 or better, but getting it certified is a marginal move. The 1838-D Buffalo was saved in Mint State quantity and is very common. Back in the '70s it was not hard to buy these coins by the roll. >>
Ya, I agree. I just wanted a nice buffalo example...didn't really care about the date. It's in an icg holder, I am fine with that for now
Thanks guys!

the icg holder has it as a 66.
so it seems like they were right
It was only $40 shipped on ebay...and I just want a nice buffalo to look at until I can get a better date

Doesn't seem to have the blast for a 67.
