Never heard of this. Is it an actual coin? Got any pics?

With no weight or fineness stated, i'd steer clear of such a piece. Especially when there are so many other mainstream ways to buy/own gold.

Anyone ever actually bid on anything on this website called propertyroom.com?
I have been browsing on it and find that Certified Morgan & Peace $'s go for considerably more than what they do on eBay, even with eBay having rampant shill bidding issues. How can this be? Rampant shill bidding to the nth by the site itself, or the sellers being that all proceeds go to police pesnion funds? image

proceeds go to police pension funds

Also, in order to sell on the site you have to go thru a background check and cannot have any issues whatsoever...which that part I kind of like. Sellers can be trusted to deliver what you paid for if you actually won an item. I don't understand how a seller makes any $ on this site if all proceeds go to police pesnion funds. This seems kind of shady to me. Does it seem that way to anyone else?

True, but if you check out the completed auctions...1983 American Express Gold coin....one actually sold for $700.....I agree, avoid like the plague...1/2 oz 18k gold, but according to the COA, AMEX guaranteed to redeem it for face value..$500 & I suspect a lot were redeemed in the last 25+ years.
