I think above $37.15 close is a record close. The $50 mark was an intraday high. So, the OP will have to read, "Congrats to silver for an all time high!" soon.
<< <i>I guess kitco is free there fore it can't be "official"? >>
Not sure what market Kitco is, but I doubt any of us here can actually trade it, and if that's the case the numbers are meaningless to me (although good for a ballpark). Anyone on this board can open an account and trade Comex futures (and I do), therefor my take is that it is official when the common person can buy it on the exchange being quoted...

Wow!!! The bubble is sure getting bigger. Am I the only one getting nervous?

Yes, I looked at the 07 W's a couple of days ago... they have moved up recently!
Nice work Pitboss

Not yet on Comex futures.
Kitco seems to have pricing earlier than any of the other NY exchange reporting services

It was hard to hold onto my SLV ETF just about 10 days ago when silver was testing the waters below $34.
Oddly enough I never get antsy about my stack of physical silver when we see a dip.

That's right!
The big picture hasn't changed......
Central Banks still are printing money and loving 'inflation'.
DJIA:GOLD Ratio is not even close to 1:1.
The world is still a mess.
And interest rates have a long way to go till they are at 19% (1980 'fix').

Nervous? About what?
