That's why I've been saying we're going to see stubborn resistance in the $38s.
I also believe there is quite a bit of support at at $28, for the inverse reason: lots of folks will see a price under $30 as a relative bargain.
something will have to change, some news, IMO, or quite a bit of time, before these levels are sustainably breached
