Super Bowl XXVIII: Buffalo Bills vs Dallas Cowboys - Running back Emmitt Smith rushed for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns earning Super Bowl MVP honors as the Cowboys defeated the Bills 30-13 to win their second consecutive NFL title.
With my 1994 Pro Line manufacturer inserted auto set almost complete, I decided to embark on a TTM quest. I'm going to take the additional cards from the set(260) that were not auto'd and attempt to get them auto'd ttm.
It should be fun. My first request will be sent today to Charlie Ward. He's an ex FSU QB that just so happened to win the Heisman. We went on to play for the NY Knicks instead of in the NFL.
If I also remember right you need to replace your Young sometime. Wasn't it numbered like "1/925" or something cool like that. Obviously something no Cowboy fan should own.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards. Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

I cant believe how nice the photography is on these cards, I also cant believe how much you have scoured Ebay looking for these! It makes it very difficult for a fellow to find one to send out as a X-Mas gift to someone like you

Greg, you hope that's not where this leads but yet you bring it to the forum with an attitude?
First of all, the $5.00 is not the point. If it was, I would have been here crying about it instead of just not dealing with you anymore. However, I do love how you brought it up in an attempt to make me look bad. Talk about not being mature.
As I said in my pm, I really didn't think I had to ask you if the auto or the card was faded or not. I assumed that being member of this forum(especially one that has been here as long as you have) you would have let me know that the auto/card looks as if it sat in the sun for 5 years.
I would expect this kinda thing from an ebay seller NOT from a member of this forum. This is the classic ebay mentality. "Hey if they don't ask, I'm sure not gonna tell them"
Total crap if you ask me.
Edit: I'm not going to turn this into a long, drawn out board "fight" for a few reasons.
I don't need the extra stress and I don't need to make anyone look bad to prove a point.
Like I already said, the $5.00 is not the point which is why I simply tossed the card in the trash upon opening yesterday.
I agree the autograph wasn't the best, however if you weren't happy with it...you should have just returned it and not accuse me of being dishonest and thrown out the card. I was annoyed because I typed you a long PM in response only to find out that you blocked me.... If you're going to complain and make accusations, at least give me the chance to defend myself and/or make it right.
Rgs,

Greg, feel free to pm me if you care to discuss this any longer. I blocked you at the time because I was highly annoyed and did not intend to deal with you any further. Looking back, I should not have done that.
I'm bumping this thread because I saw there is a set of the 1994 Proline autos up on ebay right now. I'm curious if it might be the OP's, or if not, what the OP (or anyone else) thinks the market value of this auto set is.
Disclaimer - I don't own the set or wish to buy, but it's one of the auto parallels I really enjoyed when I was younger and am just curious.

You have to agree that leaving out such details isn't a very good way to conduct business.
I suggest in your future dealings that you disclose stuff like this. That way, situations like this can be avoided.
