Yes this baseball was extremely hard to let go , I really think about it every single day , even thought about trying to back out a few times , but I have never backed out of anything yet, once I have made the move and what is done is done .
For those of you that requested if they win that I donate their prize to a charity of my choice or thiers, while I respect that decision a bunch, I won't do that , I will mail it to you and you can do it because I have to give the prize or I will feel funny , you can just do it .
I am really not one to talk about personal dealings with people or charities that I give to because that also makes me feel a little funny , but just this once since it has popped up , I will let you know a little about myself .
Heritage has already given me a nice chunk of money up front , to the tune of 10K to use their Auction house to auction my baseball, Out of that I gave $1000.00 to my church because that is important to me and $500.00 to St.Judes Childrens hospital . It is important to me to give because I know I should have been dead at least 5 times over and for some reason, I am still here and I am greatful for it .
When the auction is over I will be giving my church the usual 10 % of whatever the final amount turns out to be and more to either St. Judes or maybe a different Cancer research charity , still have not decided which but it will be done although I did not mention none of this in my auction , I felt like people might think I was just saying that to pull on the heart strings to boost the outcome , which would be so far from the truth , so I did not say a word .
So I am just asking you guys , if you do win , just let me mail it to you and you donate it, if it is a trust thing because I don't know you too well maybe we can use a go between, someone here you trust .

I hope this thing rocks like nothing else , I have no reason to believe it won't because . . . .just look at it , you don't see these every day , you pretty much don't see em at all , so I have a lot of faith that there will be a bidding war to own this piece , I know if I had the money to burn , nothing would stand in my way of owning it , for me personally I would rather have that baseball than any single signed baseball any day of the week , first of all it is going to be a hell of a lot harder to fake all of those sigs , compared to just one , which I feel a few of the single signed Ruths authenticated are straight up forgeries .
Second . . . Look at the comapny Ruth has on that baseball , it's damn near priceless !
If I were to have written up the description , I would have stated that , because it just is .
Sure you see 1932 Yankee team signed baseballs , but not in this condition , everyone that has ever held it in their hands tells me how hard their heart pumps when they hold it , now that really says something about a piece .
