Well , the day has finally come , my auction at Heritage has started , as many of you know I am auctioning my 1932 Yankees team signed baseball and I want to have a contest to give something away .
Originally I wanted to have a 1st , 2nd and 3rd place prizes , but that might become a little too confusing for me , it was going to be $100.00 for 1st , $70.00 for 2nd and for $30.00 , but I changed my mind , the winner that get's closest to the final price without going over , "not including buyers premium" will win $200.00
To let you know , the reserve is $10.000 and they are starting it at 7500.00
1 guess per person , no edits and the auction ends on May 3rd .
I do not get any payment until a month and a half after the auction , but I do not expect the winner to have to wait , so I will mail it out as soon as we find out who won .
Pretty simple huh ?
Here is a link to the auction and my baseball is lot #19503 on page 2 in the middle of the page .
Good luck everyone !

Cool contest man, thanks for doing it. I have absolutely no idea of the price though. Maybe $12,500.00?
That's my birth month, day, and year, so it should be good luck for you Anthony. Best of luck.
If I win please take the 200.00 and give it to a charity of your choice.

"What is the last day for entries?"
Well, I don't think it would be too fair to let it go more than a few days , so I am going to say 3 days , just to make sure everyone get's a good shot of getting in ,
Is that fair ? Saturday at 9 PM

LOL Mr. Stone I have no idea either and either did Heritage , they told me they have never had one like it to measure it by , I did ask what they thought it could bring .
Personally I have looked far and wide and I have only seen 1 even remotely close to it and that was in Smithsonian Baseball , by Stephen Wong .
And mines a tad nicer looking , but his had 22 sigs , in the book it said it would be extremely difficult to come across a 32 in that condition like his . . . but , I guess demand will dictate exactly how difficult
