Mike, Welcome. I like the Captain America icon. Are you a Marvel fan?

A large number of you guys could make good money in the intell world. That being said, I really hope this all gets resolved in the near future.

    << <i>Alan,

I was the subject of your last thread (the now locked one) where you totally misrepresented the transaction. For example, not mentioning that I contacted you three times asking for a refund prior to taking it to dispute resolution. In addition, your comment that you realized the error and wanted to take care of it but you sent me an email that stated, "Hey Mike, take a look at the PSA label, I listed it as PSA graded it. You got what you paid for." (your words exactly!). Also the fact that you posted that you refunded my money but in reality I have not seen a refund either in the mail or by PayPal (here is your friendly reminder to pay your refund). I'll give you an extra three days if you want.

Keep the money and remove the negative feedback you gave me for trying to be a good customer and asking for a refund on a sale that was listed incorrectly. Like I said before, paid promptly, found the problem, contacted you (3 times), rejected, moved to dispute.

I know it was only a buck plus shipping but your arrogance forced me to escalate the issue.

Try doing the right thing now.

Welcome, Mike! I'm happy you were able to get in and clear your name on this. Alan tried to bury your name, but there's always two sides to the story. Glad to hear your side...especially since it makes so much more sense.

Stick around, it's a fun place to be.

  • My apologies to everyone for bringing up the subject again. It just got to me today when I received several emails saying that I was being attacked on this site for trying to do the right thing.

I appreciate all the positive comments and the reversal of thought following the posting of one of my emails.

I used to collect Marvel way back (loved Captain America and Iron Man). The movie looks like a good one.

I now collect baseball cards (limited collections) but really focus on my favorite childhood player Buddy Bell. Always looking to collect his items.

Sorry again for the rehashing of a tired subject and hope to drop in from time to time.

    Thanks - Mike

No worries, Mike. I'm sure everyone appreciates your insight, especially considering the circumstances.

Again, welcome and hope you stick around.

Mike, Turn on your private messages in your profile. I have a bunch of Marvel cards in the PSA registry.

I concur with Stown and appreciate you taking the time to share your side of the story. Certainly clears up a lot of the BS being spewed by the seller. Welcome!!!

  • I wish I had the Kelloggs Buddy Bell card that you are looking for, I would send it for free. We owe it to this guy to find him this card.
  • Poor old Buddy Bell only has 2 collectors on the registry. I feel bad for him.

Did Technobaby quit the business and message board over this? How long till his gets this thread locked? How did he get the last thread locked?

Where is Alan? In hiding? I see he has turned off his PM's, I guess he couldn't keep up with all those
PM's that agreed with him during his latest debacle.
