He made it perfectly clear that we are not allowed to discuss his eBay policies, regardless if he asks for our opinions.

I think the payment terms are to restrictive in my opinion. If you can not provide convenient terms for your customers, there are plenty of sellers that will. Don't loose the war, just to win this silly battle.

I would hope so.
If a Seller demands immediate payment, they should ship within the same time frame.

I was the subject of your last thread (the now locked one) where you totally misrepresented the transaction. For example, not mentioning that I contacted you three times asking for a refund prior to taking it to dispute resolution. In addition, your comment that you realized the error and wanted to take care of it but you sent me an email that stated, "Hey Mike, take a look at the PSA label, I listed it as PSA graded it. You got what you paid for." (your words exactly!). Also the fact that you posted that you refunded my money but in reality I have not seen a refund either in the mail or by PayPal (here is your friendly reminder to pay your refund). I'll give you an extra three days if you want.
Keep the money and remove the negative feedback you gave me for trying to be a good customer and asking for a refund on a sale that was listed incorrectly. Like I said before, paid promptly, found the problem, contacted you (3 times), rejected, moved to dispute.
I know it was only a buck plus shipping but your arrogance forced me to escalate the issue.

Welcome to the boards, though probably not how you wanted to do it.!!
I'm not taking sides, but it would just be best for the buyer to send the card back, and the seller agree to pay for the shipping both ways, and refund on the card. It's not much money, and it could put the whole thing to rest. Geeze, I am tired just trying to read about the whole drama.
How hard can an honest resolution be? Just do the right thing, as we all make mistakes at one point or another.
