I only needed one card from this series (they were produced in sets of 6) but purchased the entire set. 1927 GARTMANN Chocolates (Germany) Series 586.
They feature Bayern Munich's first real stars - Pottinger and Kutterer. The other 4 players are from Nurenburg's Championship team - all 6 played for German National Team in the 1920's. I love the artwork in this rare set.
Itzagoner you stand alone my friend. Stunning cards on your part, that Banks is pack fresh for sure. Looking at the cards I posted I think how hard it is to get centered cards from that year, it's such a challenge but a fun one. I am happy with the clean glossy look on these cards if anything. I just love this set and I'm hooked. Take care.
