What goes around, comes around. When you finally get yours, please resist the temptation to start a thread whining about it here... you'll receive no sympathy from me.
<< <i>I believe, there is a federal law that you can keep anything that is mailed to you that you did not order.... >>
Thats not exactly the law. Anyway that does NOT apply here. The buyer ORDERED something form the seller.
The seller informed the buyer of the incorrect shipment and to please return it. At that point the buyer MUST return it. Seller pays the cost and should give a little something extra for the trouble.
Ask yourself this question.... If the bank or the IRS mailed you a million dollars by mistake. Do you really think you can keep it?

A man who takes responsibility for his mistakes needs no sympathy. I'll take the hit and I'm not a cry baby. I't my responsibility to know what I ship and if I don't.... I have no one to blame but myself. A hard lesson but one that I would learn from and not make again.

they buy maternity clothes and gift stuff
how would they know how much 1 slab or 10 coins should weigh? >>
Either you guys are looking at the one who bought the set of 10, because I look and see this levand thing as having purchased gold and other coinage in the past 6 months- the story just might be true that it was shipped to Germany without looking- but the buyer should at least give the info to sumo- so he can make amends to the holder in germany, and get his merchandise back.

I appreciate your concern.
State of the Union
We are in a sad state without union.
<< <i>I'm an evil person. If I were the person who had the extra silver eagles, I would probably for the most part just keep them.
Hmm.
It's amazing.
Wondering if cooler heads should prevail.

Bmarkers is correct. The law does NOT apply in situations like this despite the fact that somebody always posts it in threads like this.
