One of my all-time favorite toners. Just a deep, rich natural range of color on this small silver Polish 2 zlote from 1934. Looks a lot better in hand. Nicely toned Polish coins from this period are very rare, as most have been cleaned over the years:
"Men who had never shown any ability to make or increase fortunes for themselves abounded in brilliant plans for creating and increasing wealth for the country at large." Fiat Money Inflation in France, Andrew Dickson White (1912)
WWW - I'll second that compliment - that is one of the nicest Central American 8 reales I have seen. I'll take a nice AU with some character and an attractive patina over a clean mint state example any day of the week.
Edited to say AU-50 seems conservative on that piece.
Ditto to WWW. Especially like the way the toning flows around the work hardened metal of the lettering. Hard to believe a coin that old could be completely original, but that once certainly looks like it might be. Nothing but honest wear that I can see.
Great pictures everyone...I wish my photo skills were up to the task...I've got one seriously awesome Japanese 50 sen I bought from MadMarty. Maybe if he looks at this thread he may be able to post an old picture of it.

The toning pattern above the goose spells out OTTAWA (in reverse). Kind of cool, eh?
Both dollars are PCGS PL67 and have nice cameos.

The images do not do this PCGS MS65 Newfoundland commemorative justice. It is much prettier in hand:
