Thanks Ross. I'm really starting to get into the Decade of Dodger set. I may never be able to afford the high dollar cards but luckily for me there are enough commons to keep me busy for quite some time.

Great color on the '59 Banks, and the '50 Bowman Perry is sublime, Rube. Really great effect those painted backgrounds had -- often they were "standard" but sometimes, really something!
As a kid, around 88-91, I was into buying some vintage cards. That Banks was one of the early ones I bought, I think $40 for an ex, ex mint one. The green background is great. Just a classic card.
true originals, some of them are pretty triipy pyschedelic looking like #111 & 112 i think they are,its on the set thread on here, love em, i need more stuff
ya got that right andy, im starting to hit hard now, concentrated on commmons in high grade for a while, now starting to get the stars in high,that move me up quick, i got the perry 8 last night, a hirsch 8 tonight i dont have on there yet, got a knox ramsey 8 lined up,the stars are always on there in high grade,ya just gonna pay for em lol like the 10,000+ psa 10 elroy hirsch on maestro,that was a sweet card, one of 7 10's in 13,000+ graded cards, im not doing to bad last to 7th in 6 months,gotta start slabbing my 50 bow autographed ones and getting blue ones changed to red flips,thatll be next years project! randy

Great cards. I really like the R311 and 1955 Topps AA. I do not have any football cards. If I do buy any, I will start with some cards from the AA set. Here are recent additions.

I just received this in the mail yesterday. It's my first graded card, and leaves me only 2 cards to finish my 2004 Topps Heritage set. I didn't intend on buying a graded card, but this card graded was $4-7 cheaper than the few raw versions on eBay. I'll probably crack it and just pout it in with the set, but it's neat to have at least 1 graded card.
