No kidding! I go to CES and there are booth babes. I go to other computer related conventions and there are booth babes. I go to AVN and there are babes and babes and babes.
I go to FUN and there are guys and guys and smelling stinky old guys
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
what we need are more idiots and maroons.
We might get more dealers if we could resist the temptation
to jump all over them when they say something that displeases us.
More bears might be a nice touch.

There was at least one booth babe at FUN.

<< <i>chimpanzees. they have the prerequsite experience level necessary for buying coins in plastic. >>
You really think you can train chimps to pay more money for coins in older holders no matter what the actual coin looks like?

while in fact he has had only one year of experience...

Thank goodness it takes all kinds. We also need more royalty, more newbies, and can't get too much input.

We're over there to avoid the controversy in this forum.

Yeah, but I ran into Marty. He chases them all away!

edited. I forgot the why part. Because she is controversial and may run for President and I want to hear what see thinks about half-dimes.
One purchased a $3 and two Dahlonega $5's last year--guessed who picked out the coins for him?
The other started at a type set and is thinking about specializing in Trade Dollars.
When it comes to shows, I'd rather NOT see booth babes. Sorry, when I am spending my money, I don't like distractions. I try to keep business separate from horniness.
When it comes to trade shows, if I am interested in a product, I ignore the booth babe and look for someone who looks middle-aged or older, as that person is the one most likely to be able to give me technical specs about the product.
PS: Many or most of the booth babes are young enough to be my daughters. I don't ask women this young out for two reasons. They might say 'yes,' or they might say 'no.'

In their absence, we need to find more intersting collectors with time on their hands. Buddy Ebsen is gone, but we can still try to recruit the likes of Penny Marshall, Gary Burghoff, or maytbe even Dennis Rodman. Getting supermodels du jour to post here is as likely as a personal response from the President to an email to the White House about the crime of 1873.
Is anyone working on an internet connection to Heaven or Hell? When that has been established, I'd love to read the posts of Walter Breen, Louis Eliasberg, Max Mehl, Abe Kosoff, King Farouk, Col. E.H.R. Green, and a few others.
Until the internet extends to the deceased, I'd love to read posts from Alan & Diane Hager, Les & Sue Fox, Robert Chambers, Ken Pines, and several of the largest advertisers in coin-related print media.
<< <i>Robert Chambers. >>
Before I was into coins I was into cards. I remember being on the sportscard forums back then and a few of those guys did actually visit the forums.
