Here's a new purchase of an 1890-S PCGS MS-64 Morgan Dollar which the seller described as having some PL characteristics.
It looks like a very nice MS-64 with a bit of extra Semi-PL pop luster What do you think of her??

Mark: I've had a good run of luck lately having been able to pick up some choice coins at reasonable prices. I've been averaging 2-3 a week.

And we've heard about every one!
Although I don't appreciate your consistent sarcasm and negativity, I do agree that it's your right to continually put your foot in your mouth if you choose to.
I've patiently tried to take the high road by ignoring your sarcastic and caustic posts, but will be happy to get into a flame-throwing match if you continue your asinine remarks.
I thought that you would have become a bit more tolerant and tempered as a result of some previous posts which have bitten you -- but I guess some people never learn...
Have a WONDERFUL evening!!

I don't see anything asinine about Eric's post. I think he was just joking about the fact that you post a lot of newps--especially since he's a morgan person, I really doubt he'd be upset with the posts. Rather, I think he'd like them.
Jeremy
If your interpretation of his intentions is correct, then Eric can state so as a post to this thread. If he does, then I will offer an apology for misinterpreting his attempt at being funny as being sarcasm. If he does not post such a statement then I'll assume that I am correct.
It's up to him to state his intentions...

I think it is ok that we on the boards blame you for the increase in prices in the morgan market. We need to blame someone.
For the record, keep posting the coins. It is fun information to see the activity that is out there and that there are some collectors out there buying coins and that the coins are not just jumping from dealers to dealers. (#1 gripe about coin shows)

The obverse looks DMPL with a Semi-PL reverse that held the designation back to a standard MS-64 grade (No PL). The outer portion of the reverse appears almost PL, while the central portion has those die polish lines that are so typical of the San Francisco Mint Morgan Dollars.
It is a truly gorgeous PQ coin, especially for an MS-64
