OK, grade this Peace for me!

I got this today for my raw type set. Several people have commented on how nice it is. What are your opinions on grade?

    I'm thinking 63 but I must admit I'm not a expert.
    I'm in contol of my own losses.

    65 but I'd dip it and send it in with some luster and it might hit a 66 on the right day.

    24' are known for really wierd luster.... from frosty to sandblast to dullish.... 24' are usually struck well... your coin looks almost mark free.... with a hit in the crown.... and a few spots.... If it doesn't have any rub, It's a lock 4, maybe a 5 on a good day.......
