I'd be surprised if this one is genuine: "1795 Draped Bust silver dollar"

It is silver and weighs what it should. A local dealer owns this coin and he's had it for awhile. My opinion upon seeing these raw is the same opinion I have when I see a raw 1916-D Mercury dime (probably a counterfeit. Whether of current fashion of a contemporary.). Genuine or not (and I lean toward 'not') it does appear damaged probably a fire or at least environmental.
Here it is. If anyone could point out characteristics I could then show the dealer as to your conclusion.

Possibly a few extra better photos:
First it is an off-center (only one). Here is the coin facts image.

But here is @burfle23 article on the counterfeits.

Note: he has the obverse vampire mark on the neck and then the shoulder cut as 'markers' for it. I see both on the OP.

Actually that counterfeit is the centered 1795 Draped Bust variety.
