PCGS Registry App does not work with latest version of Android

I just tried to download and open the app on my new Samsung Galaxy S26+ and got this message:
"This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android".

I guess I need to downgrade to an obsolete phone in order to use it with the PCGS Registry.

    I don't have this issue, but I can no longer view any of my submissions, current or previous, in the iphone app. This started yesterday. Even if I search the actual order # it says it doesn't exist.

    I am having issues with trying to use /load the Pcgs Set Registry app for my I-phone 7.
    When this app stopped working, I removed the app from my phone and then downloaded again.
    When I try to open it, I just get the spinning wheel and then I must shut my phone off to stop it from trying to load.
    Once in a while I will be prompted to re-log in and when I do, I am back onto the spinning wheel.
    My phone is at iOS 15.8.7

    I still cannot get the Registry app to work on my iphone7.

    Is this issue being addressed?

    Hello Wayne,

    Thank you for reaching out. are you still having this issue today? Do you have access to another device where you can try logging into to see if the issue is isolated to your device? Either a desktop computer, a different iPhone or iPad, or an Android device would be a great way to test this. You can also try checking your web browser, such as Safari or Chrome, on your iPhone rather than the app. Just be sure to turn down any offers to switch to the app experience as we want to make sure whether its an issue with the app or phone or something else.

    The issue is with the phone app.

    I am trying to load the app so I can scan the nfc codes on the slabs.

    When I do try to open the app, PCGS SET REGISTRY APP ORGANIZE, ANALYZE, COMPETE.

    I get a Organize page, and then a Compete page and then an Achieve page which has a get started button.

    When I press the button, it takes me to request page that wants my email address.

    When I type in my email address, I then press the continue button which brings me to a page that I need to type in my password which I did and then I press the verify button.

    When I press the button, I get a swirling circle which just spins trying to open the app.

    I do not have the ability to scan the nfc code on my main computer or my Amazon tablet.

    I have had this app on my phone for quite a long time.

    When ever I have an issue with this app, I delete it from my phone and then reload it.

    Never had an issue with reloading the app. until this past week or so.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I got the scan verification app to work by clearing history but I need to have the app from PCGS SET REGISTRY APP ORGANIZE, ANALYZE, COMPETE which will not load. I use this app so I can re-view my inventory by typing in dates, certs etc.
    When I try to access this app on my lap top computer, it comes up as "error occured".
