I don't know. It might just be the AU series in general. Maybe the affordability factor for some key dates.
Can I tell the difference between a 53 and a 55? Can I submit a 53 with confidence knowing it will come back 55?... No way! But I see your point.

I realize I posted a coin to this thread already and that it was an 1838 RE half dollar in a PCGS OGH that I purchased off the PCGS BST over a decade ago and subsequently received a gold CAC sticker, but I promise this is a different coin!

I do like a 55 with nice originality. Both of these are CAC.
