Some eBay sellers are amazing! I bought the card that’s top center in the pic which is Bobby’s heritage rookie with the rare photo variation and the seller threw in all these other cards. Top right card is the regular heritage rookie very nicely centered. The shiny cards bottom left….. there are 5 of those. 🥳
I've been uber focused on my player sets these past two years...3 more Turk autos for my personal collection...I really love the custom of him in the Philly Blazers uniform.
Been consolidating my collection, moving from multiple 7s and 8s of key 80s hockey cards to single in higher grade. This card is actually reasonably tough, the last 10 sale was in 2022 for 4500 so a nine it is:

I had to sell this card a year ago to pay a big vet bill for our beautiful cat...eventually having to put her down. Finally...I have replaced it with a similar PSA-8.5 with a very clean nameplate...notorious for print fish eyes. Flawless print...
Monte, really sorry to hear about your cat. I thought I might have been the one who bought your Seaver 8.5 since I picked one up in early December last year.
A few recent wins. The Williams/Cronin was a rare card that went a decent amount below my max bid. Love the centering on the Clemente and the Wilhelm. I say this every time but I am excited to add these to my collection!!

That seller has good customer relations/service skills. Nice extras.

Another example of why I won't submit stuff.
No way should this have been a 7. With the card in hand, I get why it's not a 9 - small print bubble between the N and the G. . .very faint roller mark on the S in Angels. . .and the top right is just a tiny bit soft. But. . .when I was building a 75 graded set in early 2000s, I saw cards like this get 9s all the time.
That said. . .it's a card I'm more than happy to pick up at a PSA7 price.

I got the card at a really nice price but was concerned about the "old" flip cert. Was a gamble.
I was very pleased that the corners are very strong.
If you buy the card and not the holder, it's hard to go wrong.
I can't say I've ever seen a better example of the 78 Molitor. Dead centered and no smearing.
One more in for this month. For those Topps collectors in the mid 2000s these regular series chase cut autographs (World Treasures, Power Brokers, etc.) were grail cards to be pulled. 48 subjects, all 1 of 1. A buddy of mine pulled the Charles de Gaulle in a hobby box. I've wanted one ever since and saw this one for a reasonable BIN.

Not quite purchases but I just got these back. Back around 84-86 my brother and I were big autograph hounds and used to send a ton in to players for sign-by-mail. All these are around 40 years old and have been sitting in an album until I decided to send a bunch in on the recent Encapsulation Special (since some are passing). I wanted to see which were actually real. I pulled the HoFers and stars and included about 40 cards. Some of my favorites...
this is not a new purchase i pulled this card back in 1997 out of a pinnacle certified football pack. i was looking at some of my insert cards i own and i know this is probably not the place to ask this question i have not seen this card ever sold i wonder how much is this aikman worth. thanks.
My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I told her this card specifically and a few others but I did not expect her to throw out a $150 offer on her own without any prompting from me and then accept the $175 counter. True love right there! Off to PSA as soon as it gets in!!

Good question. I don’t see any sales either on this 1997 Pinnacle Totally Certified platinum gold /30 card. Based on other raw cards, possibly $500.

i also have aikmans other two cards in the set the red and blue. i have red and blue of emmitt smith and irvin. thanks for the reply. the griffey bowman is great i always like 93 bowman baseball design.
Wow that is a huge card. I found this one of the toughest cards in the 1961 HOF set. I am down to one left - have Ruth in an 8 but had trouble finding any that were reasonably centered. Fantastic card.
I've been chasing this card for at least 15 years, since I got back into collecting, and finally have it on its way:

Good news and bad news on these. They are getting cheaper so easy to add but the existing collection must be devalued.

Got in another McCann Triple Threads booklet I didn't have. Weird seeing Teixeria as a Brave. He was there for like five minutes.

Never heard of those since I was out of the hobby then but those are some of the coolest things I've ever seen.
Congratulations.

Love the look of that Hogan.
'69's look really nice when decently centered. Hard to find in this set.
Wow, that's a great looking Carew. Looks to good to be a PSA 6
