November Purchases, Let's see them!

Oddball version of an oddball here.

The rounded corner cards were originally distributed at the Seattle Kingdome baseball card show on August 20th 1989, but then were inserted, packaged and distributed in specially marked bags of Mother’s Cookies in Washington and Oregon. I just picked up the remaining 2 hand cut versions shown below (from a 4 card panel). I prefer the hand cut cards without the white border, they also fit in a standard size slab, which makes it a bunch easier. Only the 5th complete set on the PSA Registry. Full set picture includes a 9th card as shown.

Great card, Mike! Bright white borders and none of the typical print issues at the bottom. Fantastic eye on this beauty. Congrats!

    Just a spectacular Seaver.
If one is to do the 1978 Yankees team set you need to buy that Klutts.
Just like the Rose RC is attached to the 1963 set.

My sympathies for the loss of you cat. Pets are our family.

    Mike…

Beautiful early graded Trammell/Molitor RC ! Even with today’s graded standards…that’s a 9 all day.

Thx Jay for the kind words! After trying to get her well again for two weeks…we gave her a last act of kindness on November 14, 2023. We miss her…

This was a big card for me.

After selling a kidney, I picked up a Mickey Klutts rookie card

I had to sell this card a year ago to pay a big vet bill for our beautiful cat...eventually having to put her down. Finally...I have replaced it with a similar PSA-8.5 with a very clean nameplate...notorious for print fish eyes. Flawless print...

Amazing card Monte! Sorry to hear about your cat that you had to put down. Im glad you were able to reacquire another great copy. 8.5's are where it is at!

Monte and Mike - beautiful examples on both of those cards. Seaver rookie in an 8.5 😳

Card store pick up. In rough shape, but I always liked this card. Spahn pitching in his backyard.
