Oddball version of an oddball here.
The rounded corner cards were originally distributed at the Seattle Kingdome baseball card show on August 20th 1989, but then were inserted, packaged and distributed in specially marked bags of Mother’s Cookies in Washington and Oregon. I just picked up the remaining 2 hand cut versions shown below (from a 4 card panel). I prefer the hand cut cards without the white border, they also fit in a standard size slab, which makes it a bunch easier. Only the 5th complete set on the PSA Registry. Full set picture includes a 9th card as shown.

I had to sell this card a year ago to pay a big vet bill for our beautiful cat...eventually having to put her down. Finally...I have replaced it with a similar PSA-8.5 with a very clean nameplate...notorious for print fish eyes. Flawless print...
This was a big card for me.
After selling a kidney, I picked up a Mickey Klutts rookie card
Couldn't be happier if I were twins.
Great card, Mike! Bright white borders and none of the typical print issues at the bottom. Fantastic eye on this beauty. Congrats!
Just a spectacular Seaver.
If one is to do the 1978 Yankees team set you need to buy that Klutts.
Just like the Rose RC is attached to the 1963 set.
My sympathies for the loss of you cat. Pets are our family.

Mike…
Beautiful early graded Trammell/Molitor RC ! Even with today’s graded standards…that’s a 9 all day.
Thx Jay for the kind words! After trying to get her well again for two weeks…we gave her a last act of kindness on November 14, 2023. We miss her…
Beautiful Trammell and Seaver cards
Don’t forget U.L.! 😀. Nice card!

Amazing card Monte! Sorry to hear about your cat that you had to put down. Im glad you were able to reacquire another great copy. 8.5's are where it is at!
Single X.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
A late September win via Classic Hockey Auctions in Canada that took quite a bit of time to actually put my hands on given the non credit card payment requirement for 1st time buyers in their auction. Oh well, happy to add this nicely signed Stan Mikita to my 1962 Topps set.
Monte and Mike - beautiful examples on both of those cards. Seaver rookie in an 8.5 😳
Keith…
8.5s offer the most value for the buck!
Thanx Monte, Chris, Balco, Nic and Keith.
Very kind.
I got this is in today.
Couple of new pickups - Bench AS cost me a whopping $20 with shipping.
Keith…
Shrewd shopping…exceptional eye appeal for the assigned grade! Congrats!
Couple of Puckets came yesterday.

Card store pick up. In rough shape, but I always liked this card. Spahn pitching in his backyard.

Love those 1998 Topps Chrome Refractors. I just got this one a few days ago & sent it to PSA.
Can't wait to add it to my other Sox Refractors.
I echo the sentiment. Glad you were able to get one back!! Still enjoying your original.
Brad…
Yours is dead centered. Happy you enjoy it…I knew that I was not getting it back.
A card I sent away for autographing back in the early 80's back from PSA
These really don’t pop up too often, it has MAJOR star power to it and I’m not scared of low grade items. Plus, I think flat inside a frame will do wonders to improve its eye appeal. Here it is, raw and glorious.

1951WheatiesPremium…
A very, cool piece. The 1st series in 1966 is probably only topped in star power (Mays, P. Niekro, Rose, Catfish, Mantle, Yaz, Perez) by the 1960 4th Series ( Mantle, Aaron, Koufax, Clemente, McCovey RC) during the 1960s. The other series from the 60s in the top 3 for star power is the 1962 series #1 ( Maris, Koufax, Clemente, Managers’ Dream, Banks, Musial, Killebrew).

Oh Wow... That's Cool...👍⚾
Can't go wrong with a 1979 cello with a hall of famer showing
That's special no matter the condition.
A couple of managers added to the PC. I am still perplexed why Murtaugh has never been enshrined in the hall of fame with his two World Series Championships.
This lot was on my watch list for a while because of one card contained therein. It was just some photos in the listing - not scans - so there’s always a chance you can get skunked but I feel pretty good about this non sport snag especially now that they’re in hand. Granted, it was already opened but it’s a very nice lot nonetheless and the condition and centering on card forty five is simply outstanding.

ETA: I value centering above all and am just trying to put together a well centered pack fresh looking set.

@hankcaddy Now if they really wanted to make that a true 1979T design, it'd be centered about 75/25 and tilted.

As an old timer back to building raw sets, more than ever I'm about buying the card and not the number on the holder.
Milestone pickup for me. Jackson finished my graded 1952 Topps Cubs team set which began in 2021. 28 cards in SGC, PSA, and CSG slabs, ranging from 1.5 to 5.5. Thanks to those forum members who helped along the way.
