I just wonder if the top really knows what's going on. Maybe everyone should start sending emails to Stephanie Sabin and let her know directly what problems we're having, maybe her people are not telling her everything if anything.
I'm not ready to give up yet until I know that all people in charge at PCGS know about it and then if you don't want to fix it then I'll move on.
