Thanks! Your hockey picks are very good actually. Definitely some old names there I couldn’t have gotten. 🙂
Here’s my scores on today’s Grids, Very Poorly I’ll say…
Football:
Bears/49ers: Robbie Gould - Bears/Bengals: Andy Dalton - Bears/Saints: Bobby Douglass
Baseball:
Tigers/Pirates: Jason Thompson
Rangers/Pirates: Al Oliver - Rangers/Reds: Buddy Bell
Hockey: not even close…

hey MarshallFaulk28,
Awesome Grid Work...
Thanks my friend. 🙏🏻
Funny thing doing the baseball grid. On Cincy/Colorado, I tried to do Scott Servais first. That was wrong. As I was typing though, I saw it also bring up Scott Service. I really had zero idea about this guy, but I was running out of ideas, so I just tried it. Turned out to be a 0.2% correct pick. 😂
Excellent baseball picks there! I haven't heard of a few of those guys.
I also see your knowledge of the Jaguars is on par with mine. 😂

Football:
I haven't attempted hockey yet. My brain froze up just trying to think of 500 goal scorers. I'll go back to it later.
hey MarshallFaulk28,
my baseballer's here on the Grids is a sickness or a condition that I have Too Many Commons...
the football grids are nice & challenging...
Oh for sure I'm Very Lost on the hockey grids...
Question: Do the early 90s Cleveland Browns not count for the Baltimore Ravens? I picked Mark Bavaro for the Giants/Ravens, but it didn't take. What am I missing?
Hockey grid:
Super hard thinking of a Buffalo/LA player. The most popular pick was only 11%, and I've never heard of the guy.
Also hard to think of a Kings goalie besides Jonathan Quick. Apparently most other people can't either.

hey MarshallFaulk28,
you're the man on your hockey grid....
my football grid today was Pathetic... Just Awful...
I tried Bavaro too, and for Tampa's 1000 yard'er I went with James Wilder and that did not work either...
I ended up with Dolphins 1000 yard'er Mark Clayton & Giants 1000 yard'er Homer Jones...and that was my football grid for the day...
I didn't do too bad on my baseball grid...

If I recall correctly, when the "new" Browns were created they announced that they were going to be the continuation of the "old" Browns and that all team records etc. would continue. I guess Immaculate Grid decided to honor that.

Oh, interesting! I didn't know that at all. I didn't think a new expansion team in a previous city could just steal the lineage of the previous franchise that moved out of the city. So Baltimore I guess has no lineage prior to their first year in the league.

hey @MarshallFaulk28 I’m sure that you did Very Well on your hockey grid today…
Outstanding baseball grid. 👌🏻
Miles ahead of mine:
Here's hockey. I flubbed a couple of picks and also went with some obvious guys.
Football was solid, but definitely was a harder one.
This was my best one yet. Got extremely lucky on Conine.. I was actually trying to put him on MIA-BAL spot , but accidentally hit the KC-BAL square .. thankfully he also filled that one too 😂

Astonished that Larry Milbourne gets as high as .2% in any box on any grid.
How many of these are filled out?
Here is my grid for yesterday. Yes, I missed the Reds ROY...I lost my train of thought when filling out the grid and entered Super Joe Charboneau because I was absent mindedly thinking C for Cleveland vs Cincinnati when coming up with my answer.
.
Once you complete your grid, it totals all of your percentages, giving you 100 points for a missed answer, and gives you a "rarity score". The idea is to score low. Naturally, the idea is to avoid the popular answers and go with the more obscure, which naturally causes the more obscure answers to be used at a higher percentage than they would be at first thought. You can then click on the link to tell you the aggregated results, most used choices, links to all possible answers. Yesterday's totals:
today's football grid was a tough one I thought...
Jets/Rams = Joe Namath...then while is was too late, I should've picked Lawrence McCutcheon Rams/Seahawks...
I thought the baseball grid was kind of easy...I didn't have to think at all...

Baseball definitely the easiest today. I botched one pick though. Kind of a cool grid without any teams though.
Football I found really difficult. Had to rack my brain for this one.
They stumped me on hockey too! I did my best to avoid using the obvious picks like Gretzky who fits into 4 different boxes, but I caved after several mistakes. 🙂

Nice picks. 👍🏻
I came up with these until I ran out of guesses.
For football, it was a little tougher, but I'm a long time Chargers fan, so I could at least get those ones. 🙂
for the Chargers - Oilers/Titans...
one of my correct answers...
Wow, you went into the vault for that one! Must have been a pretty lower percentage.
Looks like they have added basketball now :

My lowest score to date: 28. Giants are my home town team, so I was able to get some obscure ones.
I was able to get the Angels GG because I remember this card:

I did OK on the baseball one...
Chargers 3000+Passing...I had to pick my guy for sure...
Great baseball picks there.
Of course you picked Herbert. 🙂
I thought I did very well on football today. Immaculate!
Baseball not bad:
Hockey I should have crushed with both the Hawks and Canucks on there, but I got greedy trying to pick rare guys that were wrong.
hey MarshallFaulk28,
your Grid-work is Phenomenal…
I knew and thought about Dan…I just couldn’t leave my guy off the Grid…
You're always allowed to pick Herbert when he's an option. 😀
Nice picks. 👍🏻 And still 3 guesses left in football.
My efforts today:
Maybe my best hockey grid to date. Rarity score was 44.

Sundberg. Sweet pull on that one. Always liked the guy and a solid career.

Excellent… 👌🏻
The third column has to be a very rare one where the career leaders would score very well, maybe best. Very odd.
