A Nice Pair

I was fortunate to acquire the MS-66 ex. Dale Friend Capped Bust half about a year ago, and fell in love with it's strong original luster and green patina.....The 1818/5 .25c, also MS-66 was not even on my radar, but when presented with an option to acquire, and once in hand, I could not let it go, and the dazzling colors and luster combine to give off a 3 dimensional rainbow radiance that is irresistible. I think they make a good pair? Best, Eldo PS. Yes, I noticed the double entendre there!

    Nice. The TV do a good job of capturing those deeper colors in the fields. Often I see them as just a darker grey or similar in other photos.
