She is a real beauty. She has great character. When she goes up on one of your fabulous give a ways, Make sure you put me 1st on the list. Congratulations
I thought the grade would have been higher. Great contrast between the devices and the fields. Maybe she was a rich mans pocket piece once upon a time? You should amend your will to have this coin cracked out and put into you pocket for all of eternity.

My GrandFather was a coin collector. He got me started collecting coins. When he died I placed a PCGS MS67 1972-S Silver Eisenhower Dollar in his vest pocket to be buried with him.

That 1799 is a great great great piece, just look at it, it is uncleaned and natural, you are very fortunate to have found it, and it took a great eye to see it.
It's beautiful. I shrink the screen down so the coin is near coin sized and it looks awesome! That's maybe the nicest circulated DBH's I've ever seen i terms of having an attractive circ cameo look.

I often do that (of course, since my phone is my web browser 80% of the time, it’s done already).
I often find it’s a good way to browse lists of coins, too. The ones I take a look at are the ones that leap off the screen at me even in thumbnail size. Sometimes it pans out and they still look good when you click in and zoom, and sometimes they don’t, but a good CircCam often has curb appeal even in a tiny pic.

I do that as well. Yours looks nice at the high magnification of your pictures. When they look nice in a close-up, they are fantastic in hand without a lens.
Your coin definitely caught my eye while looking over the remainder of the auction in semi-shock from buying a coin for more than twice what I've paid for any coin before.

I normally only do copper but will ALWAYS buy a coin like that on sight.

Awesome coin! I own a 1799 bust dollar, but it got net graded by ANACS for an ancient cleaning. One day I'll get one that looks like yours.

This one dethroned my Nero gold aureus as the most expensive coin I've ever bought before... by a wide margin.
